MAP (Manager Accelerator Program) is a fast-track program for talents having 1-5 years of working experiences with an innovative mindset, high flexibility, good problem solving and communication skills. Candidates will join our product development efforts in different phases via 3 projects in 9 months, and are expected to lead our expansion efforts in 1 emerging market afterward. Along the way, they will also be armed with our holistic capability building program and closely mentored by the most senior leaders in Dai Viet. And above all, they will immerse in our dynamic and non-hierarchal culture.

Straight out of university, he co-founded Dai Viet Group in 2006 with only 50 VND million and led the firm to where it is today. Besides leading the business, he is also the biggest donor to Dai Viet Group’s charity fund which has conducted multiple voluntary activities to help people with difficult situations in Vietnam.
As one of the very first people in the firm, she has been through all the ups and downs with Dai Viet Group and is currently the Vice-CEO, overseeing Human Resources division. She is known by all employees as an approachable leader and a dedicated person when it comes to work.
We are screening for well-round people with good academic record, relevant working and extracurricular experiences. Early submissions before 15th June 2018 will be proceeded first, but you can also send your CV before 15th July 2018 – the deadline of the 2nd round. CV is required to be submitted in English.
Business case test
We will test your problem solving ability in this round through a 30-minute English test with several mini business cases. If you pass the previous round, we will send a link to the test to you within 5 business days.
This round will mainly test your problem solving, communication and your fit to our culture. Prior knowledge of our industry is a plus, but will not be a must as we do not put experiences as our utmost hiring requirement. If you pass the previous round, we will send the invitation notice within 3 business days.
We will send the job offer to all qualified candidates, and the journey will officially begin at 6th August 2018.
